QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum studies: University diploma (Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar),
Minimum two years experience in a similar post, managing work teams and business areas at the Contact Centre.
Experience in direct negotiation with the Client Organization.
Office package and Google Apps knowledge: High level 
English & French:  C1
Italian: B1 is advantage

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Intermediate and negotiate with assigned Client.
Responsible for the P&L 
Control, monitor, report  on and analyze  the KPIs
Manage Client governance and operations support processes and procedures.
Assess and manage the performance of the collaborators.
